Choc Chip Muffin
150g chocolate chips or chocolate bar
150g melted butter
4 medium eggs
320g flour
200g sugar
85 ml milk
12g baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Beat the butter and the vanilla extract together to form a light, airy mixture.
3. One at a time, add the eggs, and beat gently.
4. Add the sugar after each egg and mix thorougly.
5. Put the baking powder and salt in the milk, then add to the mixture.
6. Fold in the flour and the chocolate chips
7. Pour the mix into your buttered muffin pan, filling each cup two-thirds full.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins turn golden brown.

waaah pinteran ihh...bikin muffin..memang jago baking teteh mah...
Ach...iseng we ieumah...latihan,pan lamun Ike dongkap ka abdi..teu keudah di ajar deui lamun kangge nyuguhan...!
