BBQ beef Ribs and BBQ Corn


Ingredients:
3 lbs / 1.5 kg beef ribs, trimmed of fat
salt / pepper to taste
2 medium onions diced
1 tbsp / 15 ml soy sauce
1 cup / 250 ml BBQ sauce
2 tbsp / 30 ml white vinegar
2 tbsp / 30 ml molasses or sugar

Method:
Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add the ribs. Brown all sides. Drain. Place ribs in 5 L/ 5 quart slow cooker.
Mix all other ingredients except the onion in a bowl.
Stir in the onion, and pour over the ribs. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 – 10 hours or on High for 4 -5 hours.
